Ingvild started dancing Boogie Woogie in 2015, and was already hooked after the first taster class. She loved the communication between the teachers and the students, the music, and all the happy faces one could see on the dance floor. After one year she started teaching, this is also when she started dancing Lindy Hop. Ingvild wants her students to feel all the joy, frustration and happiness dancing brings. Last year she started to compete internationally, which has already resulted in various achievements.
Some of her achievments are as follows:
Semifinals in the Lindy Hop Strictly Competition week 2 of Herrang 2018.
2nd place in the Boogie Woogie Strictly Competition at Boogie Feet’s festival 2018.
1st place (together with Wilma Edlund) for being the best allround follower of Boogie Feet’s festival 2018.
